Interactive Planning Tool
Budget the whole trip before you compare suppliers.
This tool keeps the planning logic simple: estimate each major category, add a contingency, then see what the trip means per person and per month before you commit.

Manual Worksheet Logic
The order that keeps the budget honest
- Set the total ceiling first, including a contingency. Do not start from the cheapest flight you can find.
- Price the non-negotiables next: school-holiday dates, ticket count, and the base that fits your family rhythm.
- Only then compare flights, villas, Disney hotels, car hire, or paid extras.
- Keep a separate extras line for Lightning Lane, airport parking, lounges, seasonal events, and souvenir expectations.
