Interactive Planning Tool

Budget the whole trip before you compare suppliers.

This tool keeps the planning logic simple: estimate each major category, add a contingency, then see what the trip means per person and per month before you commit.

Manual Worksheet Logic

The order that keeps the budget honest

  1. Set the total ceiling first, including a contingency. Do not start from the cheapest flight you can find.
  2. Price the non-negotiables next: school-holiday dates, ticket count, and the base that fits your family rhythm.
  3. Only then compare flights, villas, Disney hotels, car hire, or paid extras.
  4. Keep a separate extras line for Lightning Lane, airport parking, lounges, seasonal events, and souvenir expectations.
